Teaching HACCP and issuing certificates

There are currently many companies teaching the HACCP system to individuals and then issuing certificates.

What training or certification is required to teach the course.  Can someone with the ASQ HACCP certification issue certificates?

I am aware that many of the audit certifying bodies offer training but there are many consulting groups that offer the training also.

What should the credentials of the training be in order to issue certificates?

Thanks

MFSC,

First of all, as a person, you must have the Certificate of Pedagogical Skills Trainer, Knowledge in the area/sector of the lecture (proved with certificate), and work experience in the area/sector (not obligatory, but very recomended).

About the companies/groups who want to offer training, here they must to be certificated by a governamental departement (whose mission is to support the design of policies relating to employment, training and professional certification and professional relations, including working conditions and safety, health and welfare at work)

Rgds.
