SDS Software Suggestions Needed

Hello,

Looking for suggestions on a software program and/or consultant for the new SDS obligations for regulations. My company is in desperate need of recommendations!

Would like to find a software that compliments the following: Regulatory support, product conversion, product assessments, and testing, prepares new and updates existing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS – now known as SDS) to REACH (Regulation 2006/1907/EC), CLP (Regulation 2008/1272/EC), Globally Harmonized System (GHS), and OSHA standards.

I have a colleague that (for an multi-site enterprise) uses http://www.msds.com/

For $40/year (?) one gets unlimited searches/downloads of 4.5+ million MSDS's (and I assume the chemical companies will update their MSDS's to the new SDS format).

I have not used it myself but it seems to work for them (and being GHS).
