SQF Re-Certification Audit Date Query

Hi All,
Please help!
If the date of expiry is March 28th and the date of Next Audit is February 28th on SQF Code Certificate, what is the latest date I can have re-certification audit without getting any penalties ?
You advise is greatly appreciated.
