Could anyone helps me that how can I find the information about microbiological standard or limit of coconut water and coconut meat according to USFDA

Not quite sure if still talking about coconut ?

 

If not -

fruit juice - pasteurised ?, canned ?, raw ? "species" example ? (fruits may vary)

frozen vegetables - raw ? "species" example ? (vegetables may vary)

Many thx for yr information, it's very helpful. My products are frozen coconut water and frozen coconut meat. But i'm not sure that about desiccated coconut because my coconut meat and coconut water are fresh and then go to be freezed
