Hazard analysis in paper and board food packaging

Hello,

Can anyone help me with the hazard analysis step in the implementation of HACCP? I work in an industry that uses paper and boards as Raw Material and produces food packages.

The process flow is as next:

Receipt of RM

Printing

Lamination

Die Cutting

Gluing

Delivery of End products

Thank you,

RGM

Hi,

You can use the guidelines outlined by FSAP, the food safety alliance for packaging. they have samples of different HACCP models specific to the different packaging industries .

The FSAP should give you a staring point , thereafter they should be customised to your process flow.

this was source of the haccp plan post #3 in yr related previous thread, ie -

I daresay there may be an analog to yr present query within the extensive haccp collection on this site ?
