Renovation Checklist

Hi there,

 

In the food manufacturing industry. (baking)

We are starting major renovations to the factory, some during working hours.

(using sub contractors)

Has anyone gone through this and made up a checksheet for end of day etc. for lead contractor to ensure food safety?

Dear paulajgr,

 

I realize I'm stating the obvious but a useful checklist may relate to the nature of the renovations. Generically you are presumably faced with some kind of a prerequisite encyclopedia.

 

Nonetheless, someone may hopefully confound me with a precis offering. :smile:
