5S tape storage ?

Hi Saferpakers,

We use tape to close boxes, the tape is supplied in 6 packs.
In order to maintain a clean workplace we designated three cupboards for storage at the machines. But in day to day operation operators take out a 6 pack and put it every where were it not should be.
Instead of chasing operators to put things in the cupboard I want a 5Solution.

Is there anybody how dealt with the same problem and found a rock solid 5Solution.

Have a nice day, Okido

How about you try and do away with tape altogether "tape-less boxes" with crash-lock bottoms and tuck-in tops. Maybe not possible but it's an idea.
