Sanitization step on silos for neutral pH liquid products

Curious what the industry standard is for neutral pH liquid products. You've CIP'd your silo, for the sanitation step do you close the silo door or leave it open?

Curious what the industry standard is for neutral pH liquid products. You've CIP'd your silo, for the sanitation step do you close the silo door or leave it open?

 

Hi SLadd,

 

The silo door would normally be partly open to allow cleaning of the seal which may also need some manual cleaning.
