IFS PACsecure

I am a new QA Manager with a packaging company, we do not package anything, but make the cardboard containers for food grade product to be packed in. We are looking to get IFS PACsecure certified. Does anyone have any insight on this scheme? Thoughts on it? Advice? I am very familiar with HACCP and SQF, but PACsecure is all new to me.
