Purchasing Brc/iop Standard

hello Simon,
I am from India and i would like to know from where I can purchase this BRC / Iop Standard for companies manufacturing Packaging material for retail branded products.
Also I would like to know is there any standard overview Plan for these standards to be implemented ? A standard timeframe plan that is followed in Industry?

On this page you can find lot's of information about the BRC/IoP Packaging Standard including an Implementation Guide.

Now you are a member you can download some document templates that you may find useful. Especially the 'Gap Analysis Checklist', which should be your first task and will help you to identify gaps in your current systems against the requirements of the standard.

It's difficult to say the length of time it will take to achieve the standard as this depends on your current systems and probably more so the construction and infrastructure of your facility.

Thanks a lot for your immediate reply. I have visited the link which you have submitted for purchasing the standards, In india we are governed by the reserve bank of India rules and regulations and we can not make payments thru our credit cards in foreign currency. I would like to have the quotation either by mail or fax so we can make the payment thru any overseas bank and obtain the standards, can you please help me with this ?
