Beef Jerky Marinade

So I have sliced beef, made marinade, and placed it in a large bowl in the fridge. The marinade includes soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powder, brown sugar, and other spices. Is it safe to keep it in the fridge for a day and a half (36 hours)? Please state if you've had experience. Thanks!! :)

I make jerky quite often. Yes, you are fine leaving it in there for 36 hours covered.

I am not familiar with the process.

How do you dry the meat?

36 hours, what are your fridge temps?

Also, what is "sliced beef"?

Yes I've tried once and it is safe but not more than 30 minutes.

???? Are you saying that you will hold beef in a low pH marinate only for 30 minutes in your refrigerator?

Even without the marinade I will keep my meat for a few days in the fridge.

If you only hold your meat for 30 minutes in your refridgerator, how will you ever be able to prepare a meal?
