Hi

Could anyone advise whether any of the UK retailers have a requirement for a member of the site HACCP team to have completed a Level 4 (Advanced) HACCP course.

Thanks

Not that I know of. Our HACCP team leader is Level 3. We don't supply direct to supermarkets though, but we are BRC Grade A (audit this week!!!!!).

Hi

Not for the retailers that we deal with. The Tesco requirement is for the leader to have a recognized qualification and Morrisons requirement is as per the BRC (Team Leader able to demonstrate competency).

Hi Classic

I am not aware of any requirement from a retailer for Level 4 HACCP, but it might be on the way.

The Tesco standard is Team Leader trained to minimum Intermediate, which is Level 3

But they have an aspiration for the the Team Leader to be trained to Advanced which is level 4

As we all know today's aspiration is tomorrows requirement.
