Hi,

I hope someone can help me out. We supply honey to a company to manufacture honeystraws for us. we receive them and repackage them.  We use food safe packaging and assemble the finished product following our GMP's and all related PRPs. My question is do I need a haccp plan for this?

Second topic

We also sell pumps that go into a jar of honey for ease of dispensing. Where does fssc 22000 stand on this? Do I need to write a haccp plan for these.

Our audit is coming soon and I am now combing through everything that could possibly have gone unnoticed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
