During the receiving of raw materials like vegetable for canning, can be  OPRP/CCP for Aflotoxin and Pesticides.

Because we cannot control these later

Follow HACCP decision tree,

What's the risk and the probability &severity at receiving...is it receiving something with no c of A? What is it?MDG is right..

First i would say you have a pre requisite program for your HACCP right? within that you should have supplier approval.

this being said as an approved supplier of said raw materials you will have an agreed spec and delivery system with them that assures the standard of your materials.

At each delivery you should rescieve a certificate of assurance to say that it meets said requirements.

these requirements would be what ever you allow in terms of aflotoxins and pesticides (legal limits etc)

As part of your goods resceipt you would inspect said COA to ensure compliance and potentialyl test raw materials at a frequency based on risk to verify they are conforming to the agreement / COA limits.

your HACCP risk assessment would i guess determine this is a PRP and not a CCP dependant upon your final product and its grouping.

Basically follow HACCP principals from start to finish.
