Ple. Any one tell me this situation.

You are planning to undertake a third- party audit of an abattoir wishing to gain ISO22000 certification.

Refer FSSAI guidelines and Gap analysis as per schedule 4, It will help you to design checklist.

       please refer to ISO 19011 2011 for auditing of factory/unit that requires  ISO  22000 certification.
