Hi, everybody. My name is Yuri Krasnohira, BS in Biochemistry Food Science. I have about 30 year experience working in Food Facilities, in different products: Bakery, Meat, Candies. I have been in charge of QA, Microbiological Labs, Production, Plan Manager, R&D. And also have a title of Professional Chef (love cook). Now I am working in a great company, Glanbia, base in Fitchburg, WI, as a Food Safety Auditor. I am happy to join these team and I would like to share all my experience with all of you, and also learn from the team new things.
