Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone........I have just started as the Food Safety Manager for a Bakery Ingredients Manufacturer in South Africa. I am totally new to THIS industry as I have spent the last 10 years in beverages; so this will be a huge learning curve for me; so I may ask lots of questions :helpplease: :smile: !!!
