Hi,

On item 25 of FY 2014 House Report 113-116 dated June 18, 2013, "the Committee directs FDA to revise the standard of identity for canned tuna to adopt the drained weight fill of container standard as requested in the 1994 ‘‘Citizens Petition to Amend Canned Tuna Standard of Identity, 21 CFR 161.190, Docket No. FDA–2011–P–0763.’’

What is the update on this issue?

Regards.

Sierwin
