Team internal audit

this years our director refused to outsour the internal audit of  food safety management that wil be held on december

therfore iam obliged to appeal to the company's internal  manager

thank you for helping me to  was an auditor teams in order to respect requirement Iso standard audit;

HACCP team composed by: QHSE manager,director production,maintenance laboratory manager manager,

What help do you need specifically?

Which food safety program are you referring to? We have BRC and BRC requires internal audit to be spread out throughout the year now and internal auditors cannot audit their own work/specialty. Internal auditors need to be trained as well 

My personal opinion is they shouldn't do internal audit-Haccp as they are already part of the HACCP plan.

I also said the same thing so I want to consider the audit of one of our customers

as outsourced internal audit is that possible?
