I believe proven competency training for FSSC implementation and sometimes Lead auditing is also preferred.

FSTL must have the knowledge about Food Safety standard. e.g If the company is opting for FSSC 22000 then in that case FSTL must have knowledge about FSSC 22000 standard. An external training with certificate is preferred.

 

No. of year of experience is not a compulsion.
