HACCP and Costco Requirements

Hi,

I am a small bakery and am trying to find information on the HACCP and Costco.  I am trying to get into Costco.  I had an audit but did not pass due to lack of HACCP programs.  I could use a good sample of an HACCP system.

Hi Janet,

I think the best start is to become HACCP certified. You will be able to produce a HACCP plan after being certified. Supplying you with a template will do no good if you don't know what the information means.

I agree with CaliforniaFS, unless you actually get some HACCP training you will not fully understand what your program is about. There are a lot of online resources for doing this.
