Am new and the HACCP implementation without using HACCP tree is abit difficult can someone tell me how to make atable to analyse

Maybe can try this Procedure which uses a Table -

PS - Welcome to the Forum ! :welcome:
We just use the questions from the decision tree and put them into a table; i.e. the decision tree (we use Campden's) is in the scope and then in the hazard analysis there is Q1 etc... then Y or N against each question.
In general using a decision tree makes things easier IMO.
