Is this for the monthly food safety management meetings or for a HACCP plan review? We do each separately. In the monthly meetings we start by covering actions from previous meetings and the status (complete, not complete). We also cover a variety of pre-re programs such as maintenance, staff training, cleaning and hygiene along with policy updates, HACCP plan changes, trending issues etc. We don't always have things to talk about for each heading but i like to have them there as a prompt for the management team. Our meetings are 1 hour per month and as we all value our time, we do power through a lot and sometimes have up to 4 pages of minutes.
