Sampling plan for milk powder

Helo everyone,
I want to know the sampling plan of milk powder and the recommended microbiological methoods/procedures for the enumeration and identification of microorganisms in milk powder. I would really appreiate if a reference document is sited.i,v actually done my risk assement and also developed a sampling plan,but needs more additional information.Thanks
