Control of records for ISO 22000

Hi everybody

 

This is santhosh from India, I'm working in a ISO 22000 certified spice products manufacturing company as FSTL. In next two months we are going to face the second surveillance audit. Recently i found that there are some mistakes in our records. The format of record number is not as per the SOP in few records. Can i amendment the record numbers now?

Yes you should amend the record now. Raise the non-conformance and mentioned in the no-conformance report that how the mistake was discovered. Write the steps you will take to reduce the possibility of reoccurence of that mistake. Amend the record.
