Best way to calibrate the temperature indicator of a freezer?
Hi to all,
It is a big relieve to me to be a part of this constructive community. I am very happy knowing that there are so many people facing the same everyday problems with me all of the world.
I have a question.
Which is the best way to calibrate the temperature indicator of a freezer (cold store). I possess a calibrated (by an external laboratory) probe thermometer.
Thank you very much for your support

Hi Christos,
Its easy, you arrange for yr probe to be in close contact with the sensor of the indicating unit. Results should within +/- 1 degC. i assume yr probe is calibrated at -18degC or whatever the spec.for cold store is.
This exercise does not prove that the product is of satisfactory temperature of course.
