Master list of Documents for FSSC 22000

Please guide me regarding preparation of Master list of Documents for FSSC 22000.

How we should manage documents. plz suggest

I use a document control matrix which has the name of the document the file it is Stored, revions in use and the reasons for change if i change the document. Please the template i use as below

Not too sure what you mean by "manage".

 

This list is for ISO22000 -

Especially see post 4 (Tony)

 

For fssc22000, the portion shown for Prerequisites should presumably be replaced by the equivalent list for yr process as given in iso22002-1 (for food)

 

From memory there may also be a handful of extra documents whose requirement was appended later.

Did it really help you to have a product-wise receiving checklist? I usually design date-wise checklists.
