Dear,
Do we have to be prepared for a withdrawal (exercise) from both our supplier (default in raw matrial) or our buyer (inadequate end-product)? Two-way recall as part of a chain? Does it make a differance in approach What to do afterwards?
Hello,
To be prepared for product recall, you can consider several scenario like contamination of raw material (supplier origin) or notificiation by your customer of a finished product defect. It does not really make a difference as long as you have a robust traceability system. My presentation's purpose is to avoid recurrence, so what corrective actions to implement after the recall.
