Hi all need help about India food regulation!

Does anyone know that Sodium metabisulfite, allow to use as preservative in fruit juice according to India regulation?

I try to read in the regulation as atttached, Sodium metabisulfite is not in the list of preservative class II so I am not sure if it can use or not.

Thanks,

Nuch

Hi all,

I found it. It is under Sulphurous acid including salts thereof and classified as preservative class II
