Book about US food packaging legislation?
I am looking for a good book about US/FDA food packaging legislation.
Especially the printing ink requirements (positive lists of ingredients, migration limits etc.) are of high interest for me! As I know the EU and Swiss legislation, a comparison of both would be great.
Does anyone have a recommendation ?
