Hi all,
Does anyone know of a continuous gas (Oxygen/Carbon Dioxide) recorder - even better if it is a single use type.
We retain shelf life samples of products for our export customers, but their gas results on receipt are totally different to our samples.
I am 99.9% sure our samples replicate the actual process - temperature etc.

What's your product? Are you talking about MAP?

Its for fresh produce, we use long life bags & temperature to manipulate the respiration rate of the produce, so not quite MAP.
