May also relate to yr specific business ?.

Yes I tried to make a search and all material that I have found is either links to e-book that you have to pay or just GMP rules. I want something illustrated or in photos.

If you have find something else I will be grateful to send the link from the topic

One of the most effective way that I found conducting GMP training is to make it situational. In most of the GMP Orientation training, I usually have a class of people who have never worked in the food industry. One of the videos that I share with them to help them put a better prospective on the importance of Food Safety is "Purely Coincindental". Its a great video that allows the message to hit home.

mec862, thanks for sharing the video! I haven't seen that one before, and it did an awesome job covering the majority of GMP's and reasonably-foreseeable situations!

The dog scene was a bit hardcore though...I might warn people about that before starting.
