Dear All,

I'm a bit confuse with internal communication clause 5.6.5 (ISO 22000). Is it we should create documented procedure for internal communication? or need to be discussed and review during the management meeting only?

Please advice

Hi,

I think you are referring to caluse 5.6.2, it may not be necessary to create an additional SOP for internal communication.

The food safety team must be informed of changes within the system, this can be done during team meetings...the minutes

from these meetings will serve as a record that the information was indeed communicated to the team.

This information discussed as well as decisions made by the team during meetings are to be input into the management review.

You can simply include this as a statement/step in your Procedure for Management Review.

Hope this helps
