Hi

I have a Honey colour analyzer which works on Liquid honey, we cream our honey so i need to prepare  the sample back to liquid. I have purchased a water bath so I'm looking for some recommendations for time and temperature I should use.

Thanks

Tracey

Dear Tracey,

I am a honey-fan, but not a specialist.

I would look for a minimum temperature and time at which all your honeys are liquified. That allows you to standardize your method. Using the minimum values is better to avoid (even slight) changes of your product.

Kind regards,
