hello

can someone guide me what should be the ideal flooring for a food industry, where there is a lot of vinegar, brine, hot food being processed, just like pickle industry

what are the options, which option is long lasting and does not get affected by acidic and salty environment where a lot of washing and spillage is there

thanks

Neel

Resinous floor coating works really well for food facilities. But you need to contact a paint/flooring company in India and see what they have available. Maybe there are some other food plants in your area who worked with local contractors that can provide a recommendation?

Hi,

I would like to know ,If our Meat processing unit(fully centralised unit) currently running has to be renovated by epoxy resin coating ,Should we halt production for 3 days or more to dry the floors or it can be done even in wet condition.

Thanks

Melvin

Suggest you fully dry and prepare the floor. (unless you like replacing bits every 3 months)
