How to justify removing check weighers from the line?
We have check weighers on site and all our customers aware of them.
We would like to remove them from site and go back to manual checks.
it seems we are decending but how can i convince my customer from food safety quality and legality point of view.
please guide me

Run the statistics based on the rejecton performance of the checkweigher, then provide a confidence interval for your hand-manual checks based on the observed incidence of underweight products.
I have no idea why you would remove a checkweigher as long as it was functioning properly, but I would make a stats-based argument. How likely are you to find and correct a deficient pouch with manual checks?

The removal of your checkweighers is not advisable, due to due dilligence reasons. It isn't a solution for the cause of false rejections. I would advise you to redo the root cause analysis and solve the cause of the problem.
You can do checks with a scale outside the line, however aside from the huge number of weighing samples to prove the legality, you also enter in a world of complex statistics and recordings.

I agree with previous posters that it is better to search for the root cause of the false rejections.
If you have an advance inline check weighting system, it might be correcting itself. I mean it can be interactive and changing the limits during the batch to ensure the average weight is reached. Ofcourse never exceeding T2 limits.
In your post you say that you can not mention the false rejections to your customer. Why not? These false rejections are also not good for your customer's business.
