Child Nutrition (CN) Program that is not difficult to implement

I am looking for a Child Nutrition (CN) Program that is not difficult to implement. There are several gaps in our current process, but there has to be a more simple approach to CN as a whole. Please advise.

Upper management at my company just asked me to look into the CN Program and to see if this is something we can do. Please let me know what you find out regarding a simpler approach to this Program. I am lost just looking into it!
