Anybody cleaning with liquid ozone?

Hello there,
Is anyone using liquid ozone as a cleaning agent in a food processing environment?
If so, have there been any benefits instead of using traditional detergents and disinfectants such as time to clean, cost, reduction in micro activity etc.?
Also what are the limitations with its use?
As ever your time and expertise is most thoroughly appreciated,
Most indebted,
Chris
