I have a customer who is wanting us to remove the USDA organic logo from the packaging, but keep the line 'certified organic by ***'. I haven't found any specific documentation, but it looks like as long as they are officially certified, they can use either or both. Is this the case?

Sorry, I don't know the specific answer for this. I do know my state auditor had a BIG issue with us using the word "organic" at ALL without us paying the registration fee. Just making sure you knew about that.
