Properly descriptive labels

Do the descriptive words on the label have to match the Organic/Kosher certificate exactly (e.g., Black pepper instead of Ground Black Pepper)?

I would guess that this is for traceability?..... if you have an ingredient (part) number for each ingredient & can trace each raw material by the ingredient part number this is likely sufficient - depending on your Kosher certifying body & the Rabbi himself?... 

 

The only problem you might have is if you have two similar raw materials with different descriptions and one is kosher & one is not - then, if you don't use part numbers this might be considered a risk as the wrong (non kosher) black pepper could be used by mistake?.
