Just wanted to get an idea of how many HACCP plans everyone is in charge of, manages etc.?

And across how many sites if multiple sites.

Hi Ben,

I suggest you initiate a Poll.

Why would you need more then 1 HACCP plan per site?

I have never seen a site with muptible plans.

We have 2, but one's more of a HA plan as there are no CCPs!

We have one site and 14 different plans... I am working to combine some of them but we also manufacture multiple different products.  Some plans are customer specific as they require certain CCPs different that our typical CCPs.

2 haccp plans BUT 4 different auditors every year!!!
