Hygiene zoning in biscuit manufacturing plant

Hi,
I want to know a basic guidance in conducting a risk assessment for hygiene zoning in a biscuit manufacturing plant. I would like to know what are mandatory steps to be followed & after declaring what are the minimum requirements to be followed in each zone.
Experts kindly share any template or relevant links.
