We are a company of 4 employees, squeezing juice from fresh produce using Cold press and then using High Pressure pasteurization for achieving the 5 log reduction. We are looking for someone to write our HACCP plan & Prerequisites from scratch. Should be well aware with Juice HACCP guidelines. Interested parties please reply with your contact info.
