2.4.1.1 The requirements and expectations of customers and final consumers shall be continually reviewed to ensure the accuracy of specifications and the ability to supply to customer needs. A full review of customers’ expectations for product and delivery shall occur at least annually.

We annually conduct an internal audit for our all CQPs as well as annual review on formulas.

Consumer complaints trending is performed which is reviewed during annual management review and also monthly meeting.

What else can be used to be compliant with the above quality code section?

Product/Process is unknown but I anticipate some analytical data to verify the specification would be useful.
