My name is Anne.

I am a Food Scientist.  And I love food.

I am a Quality Systems Manager, at a High Risk High Care facility.  This is a new challenge for me and love reading everyone's comments.

In the past, I have assisted on a team where we achieved 15 BRC certificates of an A & AA score in Aseptic processing at three facilities.  I am looking forward to this site as a wonderful resource in the future.
