Creating HACCP system to meet SANS 10330:2007

good day Members,

 

I'm Brian from South Africa:) please to meet you all.

 

i am currently busy creating a HACCP system and need some help.

 

im working for # SANS 10330:2007.

 

i have gone thru the first stage audit and had 11  findings.

 

1) The HACCP manual and the scope was not correct.

 

Im struggling with now.

Can you explain further on what the issues are?

this was the finding #1:

- it was evident that the available manual nor the HACCP plan management document was inline with the standard requirements. The scope of the system could not be verified in the procedures. it was also evident that the procedures do not indicate all the applicable procedure or PRP developed for the control of the food safety requirements.

Thks for above but unfortunately the quotation does not state the specific defect so difficult to comment.

 

Normally the auditor quotes the relevant clause and specifically why there is a deficiency ?

Volviendo a este tema, tengo una duda, en Namibia se nos ha pedido implementar HACCP bajo estas pautas de SANS 10330: 2007, pero entendí que este estándar sudafricano.

 
Alguien sabe qué regla debo seguir para complementar PPR y HACCP y cumplir con las regulaciones sanitarias del país NAMIBIA.
