Health en Safety risk analysis

Hello all,

We need to do a Health en Safety risk analysis but I have no idea what needs to be in this analysis.

Can it be just like a HACCP analysis that we name the Health en Safety risks for each processtep?

And the time * risk methode?

Could you please point me in the right direction?

Here is one. You would go through all the process activities employees engage in plus the environment and rank them according to a matrix.
