A. Looks like a couple of places I had the unfortunate luck to audit years ago.

B. Looks like one of our former client facilities - I say former, because they did not listen - and now they are out of business.

Probably easier to see whats going right....theres a small spot on the wall that looks like it was cleaned once  :lol2:

I like your optimism  :rofl2: (despite no positives in this picture). The other amusing thing is they are keeping a track of their "profits ONLY" , without giving any interest on GMPs or other Food Safety procedures.

Thanks for sharing Simon.

I wouldn't like to audit such a faclity!

however, i would have picked the following issues:-

The employees walk in and out of toilet with PPEs (overall.
Waste management is wanting as evidenced by overflowing dustbins.
Workers sitting on work pieces.
Workers having refreshment and smoking in the factory.
Work pieces being rolled on the floor.
Toilet facities open to the production area.
Pest control is an issue .Rats seen under the cabinet.
Employees allowed to wear necklaces and earrings in production area.
Employee seen trying to lubricate a fan he cant reach easily with a ladder not secured for safety.

Generally no GMPs in this facility.

The question should be other way round...LOL

Hi all,

Being in a packaging company, I consider the following as hazards:

1. Pests

2. Oils/Lubricants

3. Grease/Dirt

4. Make ups

5. Trashes

6. Food in the Production Area

7. Webs

8.Jewelries/Personal Belongings

9. Not wearing the Hairnet/facemask properly

10.Glass/Brittle Plastics/Woods

11. Chemicals (Specially when unlabeled)

12. Sick employees/coughing/sneezing

13. Smoking

13. Comfort rooms open to production area.

Regards,

Donie

The question should be, can you name what are they compliant to? :)

1. The bottom safety guard on the machine is broken

2. There is a chemical leaking out of the broken guard

18 There is rubbish all over the floor

19. There is a lady applying make up in the production areas

20. bins are overflowing, can attract and provide harbourage for pests

21 There is no food safety culture according to the posters on the wall, profit is first on the company's list of priorities

22. There is an open bottle on the floor by the sink, what is it? Possible chemical contamination

23. Bottle looks like glass possible glass contamination

24. Bottle looks like a beer bottle, a member of staff could be drinking at work = Poor judgement, dangerous work manner

25. Sneezing man hasn't covered his mouth, is he ill? Should he be at work?

26. Staff member sitting on Packaging

27. Packaging is directly on the floor

31. Man looks like he is standing on a wooden ladder
