Any have model for evaluation of verification results.

 

“Trends analysis for the monitoring records temperature logger data though reviewed on a daily basis during production routine not found considered by food safety team”

Moreover, the performance trending data are tabulated and reported in the scheduled annual review (SPI) to demonstrate effectiveness of the quality management system.

Taking a guess that you got in trouble for having monitoring records but food safety team does not review/verify them independently?

 

At the end of each production run, myself or my tech reviews all records for completeness and/or strange data and adds a signature. For some quantitative checks, we independently maintain a spreadsheet of the recordings so we can watch trends. Does that help?
