Hi All,

We are manufacturer of food packaging material such as paper and flexible materials. Now, few of our customers are asking for Halal and Kosher statement.

As food packaging manufacturer, how can we comply with this requirement by our customers? Are statement from our suppliers enough for us to certify to our customers?

Does anyone have any statement or letter regarding this concern I have? please help.

Thank you!

For Kosher, if your packaging is intended for after bake/ cook, etc then no kosher. If your product is intended to be used before then you can be kosher.

Would go back to your suppliers for this one.
